ON-GOING MINISTRIES

 

Sunday Mornings

Sunday mornings begin with classes for adults and children at 9:00 .  Our worship service begins at 10:30, followed by coffee, refreshments and fellowship.  Children's Church is held during the second half of the service.

 

Men's Wednesday Evening Bible Study

Pastor Leo will lead the Men's Winter/ Spring study on the book of James and the steadfast faith that James writes about.  A faith that won't let us down in times of trouble or loss, uncertainty or fear. A faith that can pull us through the worst - and best - times in our lives.  This study, authored by Andrew and Phyllis LePeau, will meet on February 8, 22 and 29; March 7,14, 28; April 11, 25 and May 9th.  Studies will be held at 7pm in the Vestry.

 

Men's Breakfast

Men are invited to enjoy breakfast and fellowship on the last Sunday of each month at 8 a.m.  Our first breakfast of the new year will be on January 29th.

 

Wednesday Morning Ladies Bible Study

The Wednesday Morning Ladies study is held at 10:00 in the vestry is studying "The Preaching Style of the Apostles".  Bring your Bible.

 

 

SPECIAL EVENTS

 

Church Council

Church Council meetings are held quarterly. the next Council will be held on January 29th in the Vestry, immediately following Sunday services.  Representatives from every board, group and committee should attend this meeting.  Coffee and snacks will be served.

 

Annual Congregational Meeting

Scheduled for Sunday February 5th, after Sunday Services.

 

 

YOUTH

 

Youth Group Bead

The youth are now taking orders for the Youth Group bead that will be made by the Old Company Store in Wareham.  The cost for the bead is $20 of which $10 goes to the youth group...the beads make great gifts for all!!! The bead's theme is based on this amazing rainbow which appeared over our church.


 

 

Youth Retreat

The Youth Retreat will be held March 9, 10 and 11.  Please contact Andrea Shaw or call the Church Office.


Hosting Coffee Hour

On February 5th Youth Group will host coffee hour featuring homemade malasadas with all the fixings
